How we work

Intelligence is only useful when the people running the plant trust it.

Our method is deliberately conservative: evidence before recommendation, human confirmation before action, approved boundaries before automation, and validated value before scale.

Co-autonomy, in practice

Systems handle scale, consistency and calculation. People hold context, accountability and judgement. The design question is not how much can be automated — it is which decisions benefit from machine consistency and which require human interpretation.

  • Every figure resolves back to a source record
  • Causes are confirmed or corrected by the people who were there
  • Recommendations show their calculation, not just their conclusion
  • Automation acts only inside boundaries your organisation has approved
  • Corrections improve the system and are logged with their author

What we will not do

  • Present a number we cannot trace to your records
  • Automate a decision your team cannot inspect or override
  • Report value against a baseline your finance team has not agreed
  • Recommend instrumentation before the existing records are exhausted
  • Quote a scope we have not confirmed we can deliver

The engagement path

Consultation to scale, in four stages.

01

Understand

We work from your records, your terminology and your cost basis to establish what is actually happening.

02

Prioritise

Opportunities are ranked by financial exposure, not by technical interest.

03

Deploy

One problem, one working system, in daily use by the roles that own the decision.

04

Validate and scale

Value is measured against the agreed baseline before the next site or module begins.

How we measure success

  • Operations and finance accept the same baseline figure
  • The people who own the decision use the system without prompting
  • Committed actions have owners, dates and measured outcomes
  • Value is reported against the baseline over equivalent run hours
  • The next deployment is faster and cheaper than the last

Working with your teams

Deployments succeed when operators, planners, engineers and finance all recognise their own operation in the system. We build that recognition deliberately: short validation sessions, plain-language explanations of every calculation, and role-based training before go-live rather than after it.
