Why we use it

Client operational data

Operational data shared with us during an engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, including its scope, retention period and deletion terms.

Client operational data is never used to market to you, and never shared with or used for the benefit of another client.

Retention

Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a commercial record, and are deleted on request unless we are required to retain them.

Engagement data is retained for the period set out in the applicable agreement.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us.

To make a request, use the contact form and mark your message as a privacy request. We respond within two business days.

Where your information is stored

Contact form submissions are stored with our cloud hosting and database provider, which processes them on our behalf and only under our instructions.

Security

Access to enquiry and engagement information is limited to the individuals who need it for the purpose it was provided.
