Working with your data

- Data-handling terms, retention period and deletion are agreed in writing before transfer.
- Access is limited to the individuals working on your engagement.
- Your operational data is never used to market to you or shared with other clients.
Traceability and explainability
- Every figure resolves back to a source record you can inspect.
- Every financial calculation shows its formula and inputs in full.
- Recommendations state the evidence behind them, not only the conclusion.
- Corrections made by your team are logged with author and timestamp.
Human-centric automation
Automation operates only within boundaries your organisation defines and approves. Actions are inspectable and reversible, and any action outside an approved boundary is proposed to a person rather than executed. Safety-critical control remains with your existing control and safety systems.

- We do not publish customer names, logos or testimonials without written permission.

Shared responsibility
VMatrix is responsible for how our systems process, present and secure the data in scope. Your organisation remains responsible for the accuracy of the source records, for internal access decisions, and for the operational actions taken on the basis of any recommendation.
